Every project includes professional, story-driven post-production: cinematic pacing, color grading, audio cleanup and leveling, licensed music when applicable, titles and motion graphics, and social media exports. Included revisions follow your selected package.

Advanced post-production—including complex motion graphics, visual effects, object removal, tracking, compositing, green screen work, and complex animation—is quoted individually before production begins.

Turnaround begins after filming is complete and all required assets have been received. Revisions may extend delivery.

Rush delivery options: 48 hours for an additional 25%, or 24 hours for an additional 50%, subject to availability.

Unless your package or project agreement specifies otherwise, one structured revision round is included. Additional revisions are billed at $75 per hour. Requests that materially change the approved scope, concept, or deliverables may require a revised quote.

Friday-through-Sunday bookings carry a 25% weekend premium due to limited availability. Holiday bookings are available upon request.

Finished deliverables include a non-exclusive commercial license for use on your owned website and organic social media channels.

Through The Lens Media by Josh retains copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paid advertising, third-party licensing, exclusive usage, raw footage, project files, and copyright transfer are excluded unless specified in your project agreement.

Bookings made more than 48 hours and up to 72 hours before filming carry a 25% last-minute booking fee. Bookings made within 48 hours of filming carry a 50% fee.

These fees apply in addition to the 25% Friday-through-Sunday weekend premium when both apply.

A 50% non-refundable booking payment is required to reserve your production date. The remaining 50% is due before final, unwatermarked deliverables are released.

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to request a reschedule. With at least 48 hours’ notice, the booking payment may be transferred once to a new mutually agreed date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new 50% booking payment to secure another date. Additional rescheduling requests may also require a new booking payment.

The 50% booking payment is non-refundable and is forfeited if the client cancels at any point after booking.

For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled production, the client is also responsible for any non-refundable costs already incurred specifically for their production. No separate late cancellation fee applies.
